Acuity is a great appointment scheduler you can embed on your website or blog and in your emails to your clients. I’ve been using them for years!
Evernote helps me keep track of business projects, manage to-do lists, create reminder notes and save articles. The free version is great. If you want to sync Evernote with your mobile devices, you’ll need the premium version which isn’t expensive at all.

One of the (if not THE) best sites for free pictures for your website, blog, newsletter, etc. As with any free picture website, try to not use pictures that you frequently see on other people’s websites. This site makes it easy!
Good quality free pictures. Not as high quality as Rawpixel but still very good. You can add overlays using Canva to spice up your free pictures.
